Terms of Service

myHq operates the myHq service: a personal AI agent, backed by a private knowledge store built from the accounts you connect. These terms govern use of that service. By connecting an account or using the agent, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use myHq.
2. What the agent can and can't do without asking
The agent acts on your instructions and the context in your Brain. It will stop and ask for your confirmation before it spends money or writes a message to someone who isn't you. If it places a phone call on your behalf, the call opens with a spoken disclosure that it is an AI, on whose behalf it is calling, why, and that the call is recorded — every time, no exceptions.
3. Your connected accounts
You control what myHq can see: Google, WhatsApp, and any other account is connected at your choice and can be disconnected at any time from your account settings. You're responsible for having the right to connect an account (for example, a WhatsApp number or Google account you own or are authorized to use).
4. Payments
Where the agent completes a purchase on your behalf, payment is processed by Stripe. myHq does not receive or store your card number. Charges you authorize through the agent are your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use myHq to break the law, to send unwanted or abusive messages or calls, to circumvent WhatsApp's or any other platform's terms, or to access accounts you're not authorized to use.
6. Service changes and availability
myHq is under active development. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
myHq is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, myHq disclaims warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using myHq and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above when these terms change, and for a material change, tell connected users directly before it takes effect.
